This is the website for the Northern California Ferret Alliance. There is quite a bit of information here for friends of ferrets! Click on Emergency if you need to find someone quickly to help you with things like a confiscated ferret, a lost ferret or information on surrendering a ferret. Click on Vets to find a list of vets that care for ferrets in the Bay Area. Click on Our Meetings to find our when and where our Our Meeting are held. Since having a ferret is still currently illegal in California you certainly don't need a ferret to join us. Just an interest in them! Click on Events to find out what we are up to next! Links will show you some of our very favorite ferret sites out there! Contact Us is just as it seems, a way to contact club members for more information on events and last but not least is our Mission Statement! It pretty much sums up why we exists and what we hope to achieve, well besides having fun parties!

Know Your Rights

You need to know your rights as an American citizen. If either of the above agencies come to your door with or without a sheriff or police officer, they MUST have a search warrant to enter your home without your permission. Do not give your permission or let them know you have ferrets.

Since ferrets, and our love for them is what we are all about, let me introduce you to the stars of our show! Starting from the top left and working our way down we have:

• Zeke, the reigning King of the ferrets
• Mittins, a cinnamon with four white paw, hence the name Mittins
• Molly, our beautiful blaze queen
• Panda, short for Pandemonium, who was only about 8 weeks old in this photo

  And now starting from the top of the right hand side we have:

• Badger, a young sable who thinks he is a dog
• Tazzy, an albino and an excellent nurse
• Sturgis, a sweet female who is very small but certainly not quiet
• a whole business of ferrets getting ready to race for the door!
